Thanks for all the replies to my P-Port question; I hope to be able to give it a shot with some old rotor housings I have laying around and ultimately build up a spare engine someday. 

 

Re. Auto gas and general cost of living, Oklahoma is least expensive place I have ever lived and the fuel prices are "reasonable" compared to most places as well: (3 airfields w/ 100 LL for $2.75 and the avg. pump price for the car gas is $2.00 (it's nice to have some refineries close by I guess).
