This evening I wanted to check the static rpm with my new
exhaust
pipes. I reached 6000 rpm. That's about 200 rpm better than
before.

When you run these max
rpm tests, are you setting the mixture for max rpm? I would guess you'd
need a bit more fuel to go along with the free flowing exhaust, so the old
tuning may not be right anymore.
