Progress
Not directly related to rotaries, but here are a few
photos of the progress on a door for my hangar. For those of you not
aware, a storm in January of this year left my Quonset hut hanger looking like
the photo IMG_1486 shows. The only thing left was the concrete slab.
So roughly six months later I have a new hangar and this
one is going to have a door. With some help from some local RV flyers,
we erected and attached the door frame to the hangar yesterday. Now
working on the hydraulic system to open the door and will then skin the door
with corrugated fiberglass panels.
Hoping to get it finished before the hurricane season
gets into full swing.
