What part of the country are you in? And if you haven't done it = yet, DON'T take all the through bolts out. Loosen them all a turn or = two. Take out all the ones on the waterpump end, they are about 6" = long, Then the long ones from the flywheel end (about 18 " long). If = it's only about 12" long, put it back in finger tight. This will keep = the two rotor housings together with all seals and stuff intact until = you are ready to take the housings apart. Now, the front rotor housing = should come off. (Note that 2 of the dowel pins have one end diameter = ground down about .005". Note their location. I think the ground ends = go in the front cover, but I am not sure.) I found it easier that way.
