Best source to buy: the parts trader online (used to be Mazda rotary parts only) or the rx7 list, if it is still working (I can't get the rx7-digest to work, if someone on here still gets it, please let me know!). Or one of the FD gen forums. The FD tranny cooler is the same size as the FD oil coolers (FD means third gen, the FC was 2nd gen, this is the VIN number id first two digits), in fact it is identical except for fittings, and these come up for sale often. And sorry to say, no the FD has 2 bottom mounts (one on the pan, one on the side, both in the middle. None front or back. [Marc Wiese]
