build custom pulleys for $125 each. Send the one you want them to copy and
specify the new size. If you are not in a hurry they will run them through a
hardener process for free. Or the will do steel. My alternator pulleys are the
same size as the main pulleys. The small alternators I am using kick on at 1250
rpms.
