John,
   Below is a series of posts to Mark Burton of markb@smartavionics.com who has developed
a constant speed controller for electric props.......I heard about it on the Subaru forum......Good
things were said about it......I contacted Mark to inquire if it would work for the IVO......All
indications are the it will.......The website has a very extensive installation and user manual that
can be printed.......Looks like he is in G.B. if I read the currency conversion correctly !!

Mark,
  The 13B two rotor engine injectors pulse once  per revolution (batch fire). We
use two injectors per rotor (staged by manifold pressure). I will study the user
and installation manual and get back with you .
