Did static test comparison several hours apart today. Temp about 75 degrees (no fires nice weather, just hurricanes huh Rusty??), turned the Perf prop 5160 rpm. Ed and Tracy reported 5200 hundred with this prop. Did you ever spin the Tracy prop Rusty on your -3?

Hi Bernie,

I just looked through my logs, and found the last static rpm test that I did with Tracy's old prop.  This was with the final version of intake that I used prior to changing to the C drive, and the RPM was 5250.

Speaking of hurricanes.  I just finished installing a home weather station.  With any luck, I've got the anemometer secured well enough to record winds during the next storm.   As soon as I work out some software issues, I'll be uploading weather info to the Weather Underground site.

For anyone who hasn't seen it, Weather underground is a really nice weather site.  They have real time radar images that you can zoom, with up to 4 hour radar loops (with membership of $10/yr).  They also have a number of aviation weather maps, and listings of personal weather stations in your area.  Check it out-   http://www.weatherunderground.com

Cheers,
Rusty (cleaning garage, building workbench... if I can avoid installing the spousal unit's cabinets, and shelves <g>)
