Monty,

I did the promised test today. The "out" position of the control arm is indeed the low flow rate. However, if it is all the way out, meaning at the lowest position sensor reading, the pump is totally off.
I measured at full open with the position sensor reading 1.758k, 40cc at an arbitrary RPM and run time. At a low setting of 913ohm, and the same RPM and time, the amount was 9cc.

On the adjuster I have designed, I will specify a height of the setting screw for min and max flow.

Thanks Richard. Been busy with the holiday family rush and my various non-aviation activities lately. Need to get my motor disassembled so I can see what I have to work with. When do you anticipate having these parts available?

Monty

The parts are available. Shipped the first one out today.
