I went to the local rotary repair shop and bought (I thought) a 1986 to 1991 flexplate.

        When I got it home, the bolt holes all lined up OK, but the flexplate did not have the correct amount of  "dish" to it.

        What could be so hard about buying a 1986 to 1991 flexplate? I will soon have a collection of every model flexplate BUT the one I need.
