I have cut gas open tanks and you'll be surprised=20 what's left inside after few years. At least on my plane the fuel is=20 drained at the tank's lowest point, and I would like to have any=20 sediment or water to come out and be trapped in the filter/water=20 separator, instead of accumulating on the screen inside the tank. I'm nervous about installing high pressure filters in the gas lines,=20 but that's my opinion. Just another 2 connectors that can fail?
