Lynn,
I would say my "O"rings fit pretty well and that's the Cosmo Rotor Housing - see photo.
Bill,
I would say my exhaust flange fits pretty well - see photo.

Very nice work.

Did anyone check to see how close to hydrauliced the "O" rings are in the groove?

Are they stiff enough to require any additional torque on the case bolts?

   Lynn,
That was one of the reasons I sent a hsg to Creavey Seal.........There was concern
that the early callout for the inner coolent seal with a .098 cross section could cause a
hydraulic rupture of the narrow seal groove into the coolent area........As to requiring
additional case bolt torque I will take an uneducated guess of no.........Even though
the TES seal are stiffer (the Teflon outer cover) the Silicone center core is very
compressable.......The question of a  hydraulic problem was one of my main concerns
and Creavey sized the cross section to meet these requirements..........Subsequently
the inner coolent seal cross section was reduced to .093.........
