The wear measurements I make indicate things are within specs. I have decided to proceed with the installation of an overhaul kit with new seals and am comfortable with = that decision thanks to your input. They wear=20 slower than the stock seals. However, your wear looks quite minimal. How is the wear on the sides of=20 the seals (where they wear against the rotor groove), and how worn down=20 are they? If they are well within specs you might consider reusing them. The only disadvantage of using new seals is it may take a while (100s of = hours?) to get perfect compression. Mine is slowly, slowly improving, but then I had rather deep grooves in=20 the rotor housing edges (maybe 1/16" by 1/32").
