Dick mentioned that there was a bit of a squabble down there, but as you pointed out, said he had no guidelines to operate under. This was Dick's last year as head judge, but Dave Richardson (also one of our guys) will be taking his place. Both Dick and Dave are either building or flying auto powered aircraft. Dick is starting on a Fisher Tiger Moth with a Suzuki, and Dave has finished and is about to fly a Dragonfly with a VW. They will sincerely work to get this done right. Dick is kinda short and gruff, but he is a great guy and quite a craftsman. If you or anyone else has any idea how to contact the folks at SNF or OSH that put together the judging of the auto conversion class, that would probably be the best place to start. Mike C.
