measuring the dynamic pitot (total) pressure minus the static in the very
good looking bellmouth at the inlet. I am also trying to measure the air
temp in and out and the water temp in and out. With this we can see if it
all makes an energy balance. Also want to measure the total in front and
behind the radiator to see how much loss, i.e drag the radiator is
contributing.

Bernie,
Maybe there are two things to be measured for a full evaluation of
"pressures" and "recoveries" in the duct or by the duct:
1) What you stated above, and
2) How much does STATIC pressure increase between small opening of duct
and aft/wider end of duct at front face of radiator?
. . . . . - A new "static pressure" sensor by your "pitot/dynamic pressure
sensor" at front would give that info.
