Hi Giff,
The late model turbo 13BT rew twin turbo rotary (which is almost
identical in layout to thefuel system of the 20B)uses a regulated fuel
pressure in the rail of 35.6-37 psi. The pump output is 71.1-106.7 psi.
At idle expect a fuel line pressure of 28-32 psi (regulated). After
turning on the pump, and off and waiting 5 min, the pressure should hold
above 21 psi. With pump on, engine not running, you should see 36-38
psi.
