Hi, John....I talked to Ken regarding his setup. He has a setup where he can vary the mixture with controllable ram air which creates pressure difference between the float bowl and venturi, thus leaning the mixture. It obviously works for him, as he has over 1000 hours with a a carb. Would still prefer a mixture arm like on an MS aircraft carb. Paul Conner

I called Tom McNeilly in Gilbert AR yesterday and he stated that he did
mixture controls for Hollys, and has sold nearly 500 of them. I don't
recall if Jim Moser had a Holly on his plugs up -l3 before he put the fuel
injection on or not, anyway he is the one that told be about Tom. Tom is an
epoxy guy and has done many wings for very EZ's, Long EZ's, etc., some of
you may be familiar with his work. I guess I'll have to get with Ken and see
how his system works, as the picture doesn't tell me much. JohnD
