the internal regulators and go with the AeroElectric external regulators.
I've read Bob's thoughts on this and while I don't disagree with him, he also points out that the internal regulator is fine, just not his preference. I've decided that it is one less thing to spend money on right now. (gotta save it for the EM2)
The
"automotive electric" shop where I bought them made some notes on the cover to
indicate how to wire them. I will look tonight and see if it makes any sense.

Have you looked at a Geo Metro wiring diagram?
I've done a Google search for this, with no luck
