Hey, Wendell....I found an old photo of my aluminum sump tank early on in construction. The balloons were used to check for leaks in the fuel system.  Hope this helps. Paul Conner

Thanks for the pic Paul. Good idea using the balloons for leak testing air pressure. I was wondering how much the SQ2000 differed from the Cozy. Is that the strake fuel tank cap in the pic?  If so, is it attached to a chain so that it won't come off and hit the prop?
