Hi Marvin,

Did you actually look at the Lincoln welder and decide that the Miller was
better?  I'm buying one or the other, and can't decide.  Both have minor
advantages, but nothing significant.  It seems to come down to a Ford/Chevy
choice for most people.  Thanks,

Rusty

[When I purchased my Miller it was more a matter of price than performance... I was a complete neophyte when it came to welders and anyone could have sold me anything with the little bit of knowledge that I possessed at the time.  I still have never done a heads-up comparison, as I'm happy with my Miller and ingorance is bliss <g>.  I know that there are lots of additional features available as you increase the price of either manufacturer's equipment, but I suspect that most of them would be lost on me given the infrequent and lightweight demands I make of my welder.  Wish I could have been more help for you.
