Aw ... Man!?  Am I going to have to make *that*, too???

   Seriously: even though I'm making a lot of things for the
COZY that others are buying from Brock (if they can ever
deliver) - including my nosewheel fork (I don't like any
of the "weldment" solutions) - I was really hoping to use
the CCI mount because it seemed to be a well-done of-the-
shelf solution.

   Also, I don't understand this excuse I keep hearing re:
4130 scarcity.  I just talked to my rep at Capitol Metals
(which is related to Industrial Pipe and Steel. of Burbank, CA) and he told me he had 1/2" 4130 tube "in stock".
