This was for a Cozy IV, and I was impressed with the quality. I know from discussions on the Cozy builders forum that there has been a 4130 steel shortage in the US starting about 6 months ago. I don't know if that is impacting delivery or not. A year ago, Fred was real good at responding to email. It sounds like he may be much busier now.
