There is still Mistral who has a quality front cover to match with the dynafocal mount.... I am confident they will be able to deliver in the near future. Besides, Fred will probably get back to work pretty soon. :-) It is also not the end of the world to do your own. I also have no welding skills and don't plan to learn any. But plenty of quality people do. All you have to do is the fitting. I held most of my pieces in place with duct tape and JB weld then brought them to the welder. Do it in stages and the shrinking from the welding will have a minimal effect. Dave Leonard Yall are not making me feel good about the choice that I have made to go with the 13B for my RV9A. The one thing that I saw was, there was someone out there making a quality produce to mount this amazing power plant to the front of this good looking airplane. Now I am having buyer's remorse, and I haven't even put any thing down for a mount. Someone please tell me that there is another source of engines mounts out there other than myself. My welding skills are nil. Bob Perkinson Hendersonville, TN. RV9A If Nothing Changes Nothing Changes! Joe, I must be the guy right behind you!! Bought and paid for looooonnnggg time ago & still nothing. Dropped him another email to see if I can get an update. Next I will suggest that I can go up there and do the work myself, to help with the backlog.
