I am going down the same road you are pursuing in the turbo department.  Only difference is I have 150 hours on my engine, so I will have a history for comparison.

 

Two questions:

 

1.  How big did you port the wastegate, and how did you know it was too small?

 

2.  How do you plan to control the wastegate?
