Do not use high temp paint, not very durable.  Use inexpensive Krylon
Interior/Exterior spray can  paint (comes in many colors).  Just before
spray painting, spray down the parts with engine start fluid and blow dry.
Mask appropriate areas, and spray with two light coats.  After engine
assembly, again spray down the engine with engine start fluid and spray
entire engine with a clear coat of Krylon.

Oops, it was late last night when I posted the above message.  Use Krylon
primer first.  Use white primer when using a light color paint like yellow.
Use gray primer for dark colors like black, red, blue, etc.
