If Charlie is looking for a head count to measure interest let me be the first to say that I'll be there.  Charlie and Tupper throw a great party!  Slobovia is close to all the guys in Texas plus fairly close to the rest of us in the center of the country as well as a pretty easy trip for Ed, Tracy, Finn and Bernie.  I have seen a couple of canards land there as well as a Swearingen SX-300; the field is absolutely great!  Charlie didn't pay me to say all this but he does give me a ride in his RV-4 occassionally!
