P,
Lots of answers it would seem...
One guy ( and only one) mentioned IrfanView,
which surprises me. It's a great little program and is free from sources
like www.downloads.com.
I'm making mention about again it for one reason.
If you have several pictures to resize, IrfanView will process them in BATCH
mode - meaning all at once. This can be a valuable feature, when you have
a lot of pictures to process.

Subject: [FlyRotary] help
Hi, fellow rotary enthusiasts...I just tried to send a couple of
pictures of my SQ2000 cowling and it's replacement cowling (from a
Velocity), but it was kicked back because the file size was too large
(1012k, with a max allowable of 300K). The problem is....I purchased a new
digital camera that is a 4 megapixel unit. I assume that the better quality
of picture means larger files. When I right-click on one of the
pictures that I have stored on my computer, and click on properties, it says
the file size is 712kb. Does anyone know any method of making
the file size smaller so that I can e-mail these pictures?
Thanks in advance for any and all assistance. Paul Conner
