I couldn't help but notice the similarity of your flat plate heat
exchanger to a snowmobile heat exchanger. These are located inside the
tunnel and have snow thrown on them from the track.

Thanks Todd.  Very interesting to see a common production version of the
flat radiator.  I can imagine a normal radiator would plug up with snow
instantly, so this makes sense.  Of course, being a native Floridian, I
don't get to see many snowmobiles :-)
