      Hi, Tracy. Thanks for the response. I made an error.  The injectors that 
I was referring to came with my 13B as I originally purchased it. It had an 
Performance Airflow throttle body, and seperate injectors that had the 90 
degree fuel returns off them.  I am not using that system now. Dave Atkin's 
system has injectors without the 90 degree return, and the two injectors in 
the housing also do not have the 90 degree returns.  I have seen the same type 
injectors with the 90 degree returns on an IO360 Lycoming a friend of mine 
has.  If you like, I can take a picture of one. 
          I believe I have a better understanding of the EFI now, thanks to 
you. I assume my pressurized fuel line will enter on one side of the fuel 
rail, and the opposite end will have the fuel pressure regulator, with a 
return to my sump tank.  It would seem that a setup like that would only have 
the fuel pressure regulator regulate  the fuel pressure returning to the tank, 
whereas if I brought the pressureized line to the regulator first, it would 
regulate the pressure to the injectors. Do I understand you correctly that the 
fuel returning to the tank is what gets regulated by the fuel pressure
